The goal of Poker is to make the best five card hand you can, using any combination of cards in your hand and on the table.
There are four suits: spades, hearts, clubs, diamonds. Spades are worth 13 points each; Hearts are worth 12 points each; Clubs have 11 points each and Diamonds have 18 points each. The ‘Dealer’ must also set the betting limit by announcing it before any cards are dealt. The object of the game is to win cash according to rank and suit. Aces being low followed by Kings then Queens etc. You can only bet on one hand at a time, so players have two opportunities; when they’re dealt in, or when they act as dealer during play (if all previous bets were lost).
